About ImmuneScape

ImmuneScape is a structural modeling tool for TCR-pMHC complexes from amino acid sequences: Li, Songling, et al. "Structural modeling of lymphocyte receptors and their antigens." [PubMed]. It was developed at the Systems Immunology lab at RIMD, Osaka University.
