Research

My project revolves around how SARS CoV-2 NTD targeting infection enhancing antibody (NIEA) works. Our lab use both molecular dynamics simulation and structural bioogy to validate the crossliking of NIEA to SARS CoV-2 spike protein.

Skills and Interest

  • Protein expression and purification (both for structural or pharmaceutical purposes)
  • Protein structure determination: Cryo-EM, crystal preparation
  • Rotavirus reverse genetics
  • Protein modelling and docking simulations
