Input Requirements (Sequence)

  • Sequences must be amino-acid sequences with no gaps(-) and no ambiguous residues(B, O, U, X, Z).
  • FASTA headers are required to differentiate between different protein chains, but are otherwise ignored.
  • Antibody sequences must contain 2 chains(Heavy/Light) with heavy always coming before light.
  • Antigen sequences must contain at most 7 chains and fewer than 9999 residues total.

Input Requirements (Structure)

  • Structures must be in PDB flat file format. mmCIF or compressed PDB files are not accepted at this time.
  • Antibody chain labels must be provided for heavy and light chains (default H and L, respectively).
  • Antigen structures must contain at most 7 chains and fewer than 9999 residues total.

Input Requirements (Reference PDB)

  • Structures must be in PDB flat file format. mmCIF or compressed PDB files are not accepted at this time.
  • Antibody chain labels must be provided for heavy and light chains (default H and L, respectively).
  • Unless specified, all other chains in the file will be interpreted to be the antigen.
